Below you can find our interview. Take a seat and enjoy your reading!!!

  • What prompted you to the writing of your book?

I have always been interested in human health and a healthy lifestyle. I am struck by the fact how little most people know and care about their health. I began to ask myself, how is it possible that with all the technological progress, in the western world today we have an epidemic of diseases that almost did not exist at the beginning of the 20th century. These are the so-called diseases of abundance. These primarily include diseases of the heart and circulatory system, obesity and high blood pressure, cancer and diabetes. I wanted to write a short manual that explains in the shortest terms and in a simple way to the people of the civilized world how they can change their life habits and improve their health. Nowadays, people don’t have much time to read, so I wanted to write a book that is very short and clear. You can literally read this book in one day.

  • What characteristics your audience should have to appreciate your book?

I deliberately wrote the book in simple language so that people of all ages and all levels of education can easily understand it. I believe that the most important thing is for a person to have an open mind and to think about what he has read. I also believe that persistence and patience are very important characteristics that people should have in the healing process. People often approach health in a way that they would like instant solutions. Taking synthetic drugs only momentarily removes the symptoms that a person feels. But they do not solve the cause of the problem. In most cases, the disease occurs over a long period of time due to an unhealthy and unnatural lifestyle. In order for a person to recover, it is necessary to be patient and consistent in practicing healthy lifestyle habits. This is the only way for a person to truly heal.

  • What messages did you want to convey with your book?

The most important message I want to convey through this book is the old saying that there are no incurable diseases, only incurable people. These are people who are not ready to change their bad lifestyle habits. I would like to apologize to all the doctors who will read this book. I put the title of the book in such a way to intrigue people a little, and not to criticize or belittle anyone. I always encourage people to think about their habits and to take responsibility for their own life and for the way they will be treated if they damage their health. When we look at statistical data – in 80% of cases the cause of premature death in the technologically developed world is unhealthy diet, insufficient physical activity, smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol. I would just like people to have this devastating statistic in mind every time they eat some unhealthy food, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, or are too lazy to motivate themselves for some physical activity.

  • How would you summarize how to stay fit and well in 3 key points?

The most important principle of healthy living is inner peace. It is the greatest treasure we have and which we should guard in a special way. Someone who has peace in his heart is capable of accomplishing things that even in his wildest dreams could not have been imagined. Healthy physical nutrition is also a very important aspect of human health. According to his anatomy and physiology, humans are herbivores. If you look at the shape of human teeth, you can see that they are suitable for crushing and grinding plants, just like other herbivores. Likewise, the human intestine is very long, and the stomach acid is relatively mild, as is usual for the digestion of plant food in herbivores. Physical activity is extremely important for a person’s physical and mental health. The healthiest is physical activity in nature in the fresh air. It would also be ideal for a person to go to sleep at sunset. Then the hormone melatonin is secreted, which rejuvenates and regenerates a person. Every hour of sleep before midnight counts as 2 hours of sleep after midnight.

  • Are you working on a new writing project you can tell us about?

My next projects are almost finished and ready for release. I wrote an extended version of the book “If you want to be healthy, don’t go to doctors”. In this expanded version, I will talk in a little more detail about everything I wrote in the first edition of the book. Also, I wrote 4 more books.  I named the books:

  1. Health and motivation for champions and millionaires
  2. Nutrition and recovery for champions and millionaires
  3. Mental training for champions and millionaires
  4. Natural food supplements for champions and millionaires

In these books, I wrote about healthy habits and routines for people who play sports at a higher level, but also for people who want to be healthy and successful in whatever business they do. The order of the books is not that important. Each book can be read without having read another book first. But I think that I will publish the book “Health and motivation for champions and millionaires” first. Here I wrote about healthy physical principles, but also how a man who has people around him who sincerely love him, especially his spouse and their children, has the greatest inspiration and motivation to fight and succeed in life.
